
Elena Lalucat (Choreographer)
When she first discovers Contemporary dance she decides to attend to intensives workshops in The Place, Laban (London) and Stanford University (California) and also festivals such as ImpulsTanz (Viena) or Deltebre Dansa (Catalunya).
She graduates in Choreography and Interpretation of Dance in Institut del Teatre (Barcelona) in June 2014.
She has learned repertory with of Hofesh Shechter, Cesc Gelabert and Fearghus Ó Conchúir. She has done composition workshops with Lali Ayguadé, Milan Tomasik i Anton Lachky (Les Slovaks) among others.
Her pedagogical experience has been developed in Barcelona by teaching for three years "Introduction to Contemporary Dance for adults" and "Remembering and movement for the elderly".
As a dancer she has performed in Festival d'Avignon (Mladen Materic), MACBA (Pere Faura/Baila-baila-bailando-ba), Factoria de les Arts Escèniques, Banyoles (Jordi Ribot/Narcís), Àtic22/Teatre Tantarantana (Juliette Louste/Réalités Paralèlles) among others.
As a choreographer she is with "Na Morlanda" collective and their piece "Le Sacre 4x4" is actually on tour.
